Refund Policy Overview

MenuRevive provides custom photo enhancement services tailored to each restaurant. Because every order involves manual work by our team, refunds are handled fairly and on a case-by-case basis, with revisions always prioritized first.

Who Qualifies for a Refund?

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You reviewed all delivered photos
  • You requested revisions and allowed us to address feedback
  • We were unable to reasonably meet the agreed enhancement scope
  • Your request is made within 14 days of final delivery

What's Not Refundable?

Refunds are not available if:

  • Photos have been approved or used publicly
  • The request is based on platform performance (sales, ranking, CTR)
  • The issue is caused by poor original image quality
  • Processing has started and no feedback was provided

Our Commitment to Getting It Right

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use our unlimited revisions policy included in all packages. Our team can adjust:

  • Color and lighting adjustments
  • Cropping and composition
  • Saturation and contrast levels
  • Any other enhancement specifications

There's no limit to revision requests during the 30-day period. We want to get it right for you.

Refund Processing Time

After your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are available for:

  • Orders where you're satisfied with some photos but not others (refund calculated per photo count)
  • Services not fully completed due to your request

Promotional and Discounted Orders

Orders purchased with promotional codes or special discounts are not eligible for refunds.
